Happy Super Bowl weekend from snowy Aspen Snowmass! We are in for a sunny and warm weather weekend, and we couldn’t be more excited. Before the big game on Sunday afternoon, there is plenty to do and see in Aspen Snowmass. Whether you’re in the competitive, family, or nostalgic spirit, we’ve got you covered for the weekend.
Looking for the perfect night time social activity? Head over to the Nordic Bonfire on Saturday, February 1st at 5:45pm for a truly one-of-a-kind event! This progressive dinner on skis benefits the Aspen Valley Ski and Snowboard Club (www.teamavsc.org). Bring your own nordic ski gear or rent from the venue. If you’re hoping to get your competitive side going this weekend, sign up for the Third Annual Fat Bike Race at Aspen Nordic Center. Racers must report to the course at 8am on Saturday morning, February 1st. There will be two divisions: 9am is the open division, where racers complete as many laps in 50 minutes, and the 10am division, where racers complete as many laps in 30 minutes.
