With Easter occurring so late this year, the ski resorts are staying open a little longer for the regular season, and the weather looks fantastic for the next ten days

I’m excited to share my First Quarter 2025 Klug Properties Aspen Snowmass Market Report. The numbers are predominantly positive so far in 2025. Overall, 2025 is off to a faster start than last year and is among the strongest ever. March experienced an incredibly strong spring break of real estate activity in the upper valley.
The inventory of all property types from Aspen to Basalt increased by almost 20% from a year ago, 62% from 2023, 174% from 2022, and 23% from 2021, but is 34% below 2020 and 41% below 2019. While inventory has been on the rise in the past few years, it’s still significantly below pre-pandemic levels from Aspen to Basalt and seems to be normalizing...to continue reading, click on the full report.
