Melton Ranch
Melton Ranch is one of my favorite neighborhoods in Snowmass Village. I love the direct access to the Rim Trail and Melton Ranch Trail, connecting you to the Town Center and Base Village. It’s the Red Mountain of Snowmass—soak up the all-day sun and take in big views of the Continental Divide, Sky Mountain Park, and Snowmass Ski Area. Surrounded by 360 degrees of singletrack, it’s a dream for hikers and mountain bikers. The Village Shuttle loops up Meadow Road and down Sinclair Road, making most homes easily accessible. In winter, the Melton Ranch Trail is groomed—perfect for a skate ski home. Below Melton I and II, you'll find The Snowmass Club, Snowmass Chapel, and Anderson Ranch Arts Center. The Snowmass Rec Center is just a quick ride or one wheel down the Brush Creek path. Walk from your house or ride the free shuttle to the Labor Day Jazz Aspen Snowmass Festival. It’s a great mix of full-time locals and second homeowners who value access, sun, views, and quality of life—close to everything Snowmass has to offer.
