Spring Valley Ranch Open House Party August 26, 2021

The Spring Valley Ranch Open House Party with our Aspen Board of Realtor friends took place on Thursday afternoon, August 26, 2021. It was a beautiful afternoon to tour Spring Valley Ranch, a 5,909-acre entitled, PUD zoned, operational agricultural and cattle ranch, and the only remaining privately held land parcel of this magnitude in the Roaring Fork Valley. Aspen's Mack Bailey performed live from the new ranch house deck while Slow Groovin' BBQ from Marble provided a delicious BBQ feast. $10,000 dollars was donated to 20 local non-profit organizations in good standing, $500 in the name of each of the first twenty brokers who hit the golden tee shot from the 2,200 acre middle bench meadow tee.
