Dennis Carvajal is widely recognized as one of the top luxury real estate brokers in Miami, specializing in premier properties across Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, Pinecrest, and South Miami. With over 20 years of experience and more than $850 million in career sales, Dennis has earned a reputation for achieving record-breaking results in South Florida’s most exclusive neighborhoods.

A lifelong Miamian with family roots in commercial real estate, Dennis earned his license at the age of twenty and closed his first deal while still in college. Today, he is one of the youngest members of the prestigious Master Brokers Forum, where he currently serves on the Advisory Board, and is part of the Sotheby’s Market Leaders, a network of the brand’s 50 highest-performing agents across North America.

Dennis has represented some of the most significant transactions in Miami’s history. His record sales include closings of $45 million (2025), $44 million (2022), $30 million (2020), $26.5 million (2022), and $17 million (2021), among others. In 2021, he also set a benchmark with the highest recorded non-waterfront sale in Coconut Grove at $16.9 million. Known for his niche expertise in waterfront estates, Dennis often leverages his extensive broker relationships to secure exclusive off-market opportunities for his clients.
