Doyle Richmond

Doyle Richmond has been selling Real Estate for 30 years, with over $1 Billion in Transactions and with repeat clients contributing significantly to his success. With hard work, determination, and a great support team, he has been fortunate enough to be The Leader in Keystone, and in the top 1% of all listing agents throughout Summit County, which consists of Breckenridge, Keystone, Copper Mountain, Frisco, Dillon, and Silverthorne. Doyle prides his success on the fact that he carefully listens to people’s interests while helping to educate people on the real estate market and sharing the Colorado Mountain Lifestyle with them. Born and raised in Pacific Palisades, a coastal area of Los Angeles, Doyle graduated from the University of Southern California’s School of Business with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship. During his time there, he played for the USC’s Men’s Volleyball Team that went to consecutive National Championships. After graduating from USC, Doyle traveled a year abroad through Europe on his own before beginning his career in Commercial Real Estate in LA. In 1993, Doyle moved to Summit County, Colorado and focused his career on real estate; both residential and commercial. He is constantly one of the Top Producers in the area and has a vast knowledge of all the aspects related the Colorado Resort real estate market, including being involved in 30+ new development projects. In 2016, Doyle decided to join LIV Sotheby’s International Realty, where he was extremely impressed with “The Power and Reach” of Sotheby’s Professional Marketing and Network of Brokers. Since joining LIV Sotheby’s International Realty (LIV SIR), Doyle has relished connecting and working with some of the best professionals in the world allowing him to take his business to the next level. Doyle has been honored to be the Top Broker in Summit County for multiple years, while LIV SIR has been the #1 Affiliate in the World with 20+ offices throughout Colorado. Doyle received the additional honor of being one of the Top 100 Brokers of 45,000 Brokers in the State of Colorado for multiple years. Today, Doyle lives in Keystone with his wife Rebecca; his two daughters, Ahnna and Chanel; and his son, Beckham. Raising a family here, Doyle has been involved with the schools at every level, sports teams, local businesses, community events, and charitable causes. On an international basis, he donates to NewStory, who builds housing communities in underdeveloped countries and/or areas that have experienced natural disasters. Doyle loves the outdoors and everything the Mountains have to offer all year long. In addition, Doyle and his family enjoy traveling and experiencing the cultures, the people, and the beautiful sights around the world.
