Tim Van Camp

A relocated easterner, Tim Van Camp fell in love with the west decades ago and has spent time in the Big Sky country of Montana and moved to Santa Fe in 1978. Active in the Santa Fe real estate community since 1988, Tim is a well-known figure and has often played the role of “father of the stats,” maintaining critical data about churning real estate activity.

But his love is reserved for his wife Maureen, their two teenage daughters, and very importantly, skiing and sailing, having earned his Coast Guard commercial captain's license.
