High priority today if you want to do short term rentals (less than 30 days) in 2022 in the City of Aspen for non lodging properties, based on last night’s council meeting, there are 3 steps that need to happen today before 5pm.-Owners must have a 2021 business license (apply/paid)-Owners must have applied for a 2022 business license (apply/paid)-Owners must apply for a vacation rental permit (permit must be submitted, and all applicable areas filled in)Login to your accounts and complete any outstanding tasks.
