1) The Aspen Real Estate Market is stronger today than it was in the first two months of 2023 with volume, transactions, and sold prices all up for condos and single-family homes.
2) Aspen Condo’s sold volume and transactions have more than doubled from a year ago.
3) Prices are up in Snowmass Village along with volume.
4) There were twice the $10 million sales YTD in 2024 compared to 2023 and one more $20 million sale this year.
5) Inventory in Aspen of all property types is up 30% from a year ago and 15.5% in Snowmass Village.
6) Pending transactions in Aspen are up 50% and down 17.7% in Snowmass Village.
