Thank you for checking it out. I hope it’s a helpful resource. Our local real estate market continues to be extremely active with historically low inventory levels. Inventory of Snowmass Village condos and single-family homes is depleted! Aspen single-family home sales records, lots of Aspen condo transactions, fewer options, and disappearing new Base Village product in Snowmass Village is the story of the first quarter in the upper Roaring Fork Valley Real Estate Market. Many of the Q1 Aspen single-family sales were already baked late in 2020 as a result of the Covid-fueled urban exodus and flight to second home resort markets. Showing activity slowed in January with no international guests, no events and red level Covid designation, and of course far less product to show. Showing activity really picked up President’s Weekend and hasn’t slowed down since.
