This edition highlights the increased market activity in Aspen with sixty-two pending single-family and condominium sales in August. While the market has been flat in Snowmass Village, there are exciting things ahead with Aspen Skiing Company agreeing to purchase the lot next to the Elk Camp Gondola to build the new Limelight Hotel Snowmass as well at the fourteen Fanny Hill Townhomes and the Snowmass Mountain Club. Viceroy Snowmass will begin building tower two next year as long as Snowmass Town Council agrees to Related Snowmass's PUD Amendment on October 15.
