Welcome to the Klug Properties Aspen Snowmass Sotheby's International Realty October 2014 Real Estate Market Update. This edition includes a summary of the Third Quarter 2014 real estate sales figures compared to 2013. Every category in Aspen is stronger through 3rd Quarter 2014. Inventory is decreasing as our market continues to strengthen. The featured property this month is 574 Johnson Drive at Starwood in Aspen, Colorado.

A look at Dancing Bear Aspen's 1/8 fractional property and the new Mountainside Dancing Bear project is also included. Opportunity lies in Snowmass according to the Third Quarter Snowmass Village analysis. With Base Village approval looking good for Oct. 15, 2014 I anticipate a strengthening Snowmass Village market in the years ahead.
