November 2014 Real Estate Report

Happy Thanksgiving! Winter has arrived in Aspen! We’re off to a great start to the season. Thanks to recent snowfall Aspen Mountain opened this past Saturday for the season, a week earlier than expected. Snowmass will open on Thanksgiving Day. The “Fastest Women in the World” are in Aspen this weekend for the Aspen Winternational Women’s Ski World Cup Slalom and Giant Slalom Races at the base of Lift 1A. The first Bud Light H-Fi Concert Series featuring “Real Big Fish” is this Saturday night in Gondola Plaza.

The Upper Roaring Fork Valley Real Estate Market continues to strengthen. There was no off-season for me this fall. I closed almost twenty million in sales in November and put another fifteen million under contract the past month.
